Gathering more than 300 local and international brands, Restaurant and Bar Hong Kong 2023 (RBHK) provided an immersive trading platform which truly empowers regional businesses and redefines Hong Kong’s dining landscape. 3 students of the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Hotel Operations Management programme served on the Working Committee for the Hong Kong Bartender Association (HKBA) at RBHK.  Students assisted from the set up to dismantle of the event for 3 days from 5 to 7 September 2023 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.  They also assisted on handling customer inquiries and providing information about the new beverage products.  Students received high praises from the organiser for their fine services and assistance.
