曾伟基教授

曾伟基教授于202471日履任为香港高等教育科技学院(THEi )副校长(学术),主要负责促进学术发展,引领教学团队迈向学院整体策略愿景。 同时他亦协助校长襄理学术职务,当中包括领导学术部门之间的发展和合作、提升教学和研究质量、监管顾问项目,以及广建学院与社区、学术界、专业机构和行业的伙伴关系,以强化学院的本地及国际网络。

 

曾伟基教授一直热衷于教育工作,拥有逾20年的课程编制及管理与制定学术事务及质量保证相关政策的经验。 他自2014年加入THEi以来,曾担任不同领导职位,如协理副校长、工商及酒店旅游管理学院暨通识教育及语文学院署理院长及副院长等。 任内他曾主持多个内部学术委员会,充分了解各学术和非学术部门的营运和工作流程。

 

此外,曾伟基教授在研究方面亦卓有建树,屡获研究拨款共六百多万港元。 他最近协助THEi成功获得研资局院校发展计划研究基础设施逾五百万港元拨款,以项目经理身份建立跨学科食物副产品研究中心,为跨学科可持续发展科研上出一分力。 总括而言,曾伟基教授凭借其认真敬业的领导才能,在推动THEi提升学术和应用研究实力方面贡献良多。
